Diana is an amazing instructor. Very informative and knowledgeable. Her class is really organize and clean. She went over the “stop the bleeding” which is really important for anyone to know. I took this class to renew my CCW and still took a lot of new information. I look forward to scheduling her class again for my next renewal. Definitely recommending to others.

Professional. Thorough. Punctal. Patient. Knowledgeable. Prepared. Organized. These are some of the main words I can use to describe Diana and my experience as a first-time USCCA student attending a certification course. Diana did an amazing job at delivering the course curriculum and created a lasting impression on me as a new instructor within the industry that will set the tone for my future career as an instructor. Diana's ability to teach, explain, and demonstrate made for a fun, engaging, and retainable learning experience that kept me focused and engaged. As a professional in my career, I will confidently vouch for Diana as a professional in her knowledge and ability teach. Excellent class instructor was very knowledgeable. Happy to share all information and conducted a pleasant class that was enjoyable to attend. Also very informative. The live fire training and qualification was very smooth and safely done. I highly recommend Diana for all instructions and qualifications for anybody that wants a great experience.

Diane the instructor knows her stuff she was well educated and she explains everything pretty much where you could understand it she takes her time to make sure you learn but I understand the rules of safety and law I would recommend her to family members and Friends she is a customer service at a plus nice lady
